Our Mission: Virtual Dontics® seeks to create innovative approaches to live and interactive online continuing dental education of the highest quality for the purpose of informing dental professionals with impactful, timely, relevant knowledge, through the most current dental education, that utilizes evidence based research, and best practice, with the overall goal of providing current, ethical, and compassionate care to their patients. All of Virtual Dontics' classes and educators are free from commercial support or sponsorship.
Virtual Dontics® assures responsibility for ensuring the
highest content quality, and scientific integrity of all its continuing dental
education webinar courses. Educational
objectives, content development, and selection of educational methods and
instructors are conducted independent of commercial interest. Virtual Dontics® ensures that its Continuing
Dental Education webinar courses promote improvements in oral health care
delivery to provide benefit to the patient and not a specific drug, device, service or technique of any
commercial entity. A signed conflict of interest for all educators, advisory
committee members, and staff are available for inspection, upon request.

Technical Assistance: Participants have access to technical
assistance through the duration of the course.
Technical Design: Virtual Dontics® has developed easy navigation
and optimally functional features of its
webinar courses designed to promote high quality online continuing education
and instructor-participant interaction.
Course Materials: Virtual Dontics® provides a syllabus upon
course registration for review prior to course date and start time, including resource
materials and references to facilitate post-course practical application of
course content and continued learning.
Reference materials include peer-reviewed scientific literature,
evidence based research, electronic databases, government archives, news
services. Polls, Analysis, Synthesis of
Evaluation may be included in course content to increase knowledge base and
inquiries: All inquiries are
answered quickly and accurately by personnel within 24 hours or sooner.
Evaluation: All course participants
must complete a course examination and receive a score of 70% or higher in order to be issued continuing education
units in accordance with their state dental practice act.
Course Evaluation: All course participants receive a course
evaluations must be completed and submitted prior to the participant’s issuance
of continuing education units. Courses
evaluation results are recorded for each course and course instructor and
reviewed on a 6 month basis by the Advisory Committee. Advisory Committee may make course
recommendations pursuant to evaluation outcomes.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule a class, or missed one just let us know. We are happy to reschedule you to another class that is convenient with your schedule at no additional cost or penalty to you. If you need to cancel a class, Virtual Dontics will refund your fees 100% to the original method of payment.
